Venue Guidelines & FAQ
Transparent pricing, clear boundaries, and zero hidden fees. Here is exactly how we operate.
Venue rentals range from [$5,000 to $8,500] depending on the season and day of the week. Reach out for our current pricing sheet—it breaks down exactly what's included at each tier with no hidden fees.
Your date is officially held once we receive a signed contract and a [25%] non-refundable retainer. A tour or verbal interest does not reserve the date.
After the initial retainer, the remaining balance is split into [two] equal installments, with the final balance due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
We are an open-vendor venue. You are welcome to bring in any outside caterer, provided they are fully licensed and carry the required liability insurance.
You may purchase and provide your own alcohol, which is a great way to save money. However, all alcohol must be served by one of our pre-approved, licensed, and insured bartending services. No self-serve stations or bottle drops are allowed.
Our rental includes access to our indoor space at no extra charge. The final 'rain call' to move an outdoor ceremony indoors must be made [4 hours] before guest arrival so our team can execute the floor plan flip.
Due to our [suburban/rural] location, Uber and Lyft are highly unreliable after 10:00 PM. We strongly require couples to book a shuttle service to ensure guests get back to their hotels safely.
Yes, guests may leave their vehicles in our lot overnight if they are drinking. However, all vehicles must be retrieved by [9:00 AM] the following morning to allow our team to prepare for the next event.
Our Venue Manager oversees the facility—managing the climate control, restrooms, lighting, and vendor access. They do not manage your timeline, direct your processional, or set up decor. You are required to hire a professional Day-of Coordinator to handle your personal logistics.
To protect the property and surrounding environment, we strictly prohibit confetti, glitter, cold spark machines, un-enclosed open flames (candles must be in glass hurricanes), and fireworks.
Your catering team is responsible for bussing tables and taking all food waste to the dumpsters. Your coordinator/family is responsible for removing all personal decor by the end of your rental block. Our team handles sweeping, mopping, and breaking down the venue's tables and chairs.
